The challenge for the Andrew Rich shoot involved visually messaging the care and craft that go into making his wine. Realizing a typical product shoot would fall short of these goals, and working with Andrew’s team, we determined that the best way to showcase the brand’s personality was to capture the process of crush, providing behind-the-scenes documentation of the people and the process.
We had some product shots already and weren’t interested in recreating the wheel but what we needed was a fresh approach. We trusted Guy to build on what we had started, and his creativity in shooting during crush was the answer we were looking for. The results were better than we hoped for.
